Calculate & Pre-Nest Quotations

Calculate your quotations quickly, precisely, and with just a few clicks. We'll show you how to:

Import 3D part data (DXF, STEP, etc.),
Automatically calculate material, time, and costs,
Optimize waste and machine runtime using alternative parts and order suggestions in the new pre-nesting function, and
Transfer your optimized parts sets directly to the nesting software.

Nest & Drill with OmniWin

Using an example of complex combination parts, you'll learn about the power of our CAD/CAM solution, OmniWin. See how to:

Easily import drill holes and program them manually,
Automatically transfer data to the nesting plan,
Display different drill hole types including threads, countersinks, and sockets,
Combine processes such as pre-drilling or thread cutting with tool changes,
Use sequencing options for efficient machining strategies, and
